Police have been present near his home, saying he is not there to arrest the former Freedom, but to ensure the guarantee of order and law.
Since the fall of power in April, Khan has been a vocal critic of the Government and the State Army.
Authorities have accused Khan of violating the act against terrorism, as he allegedly threatened former state officials.
On Saturday, the media regulator in Pakistan has announced that television channels are banned from broadcasting Khan's direct speeches, and has accused the former leader of language hatred of state institutions.
Khan claims the government is trying to censor him.
