The four municipalities in northern Kosovo are up this morning with the message “welcome to the Association of Serbian Communists”.
Billboards and posters across Kosovo's Mitrovica, Leposavicin, Zubina Potok and Zvecanin show the slogan “this is ZSO”, symbols, but also English-language messages promoting ZSO, reports RTS, broadcast Klanosova.tv.
Messages have appeared at the main mall in the northern part of Mitrovica, as well as in the entry boards and exits of four municipalities.
