A month's detention against suspect injuring Vali Corleone

The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the 30-day detention measure to the defendant's initial A. S.

According to the prosecution, there is suspicion that the defendant in the family environment, in presence other persons have attempted to deprive themselves of life now damaged by P. C., in that way that while they've been sitting in the living room, there's been a firearm gun shooting at the injured on the right leg, by scratch it causes body damage and the same is forced to seek medical help at Gjilan's Regimental Hospital, Klan Kosova reports.

With these actions allegedly committed criminal acts, attempted murder and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons, actions sanctioned by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The preliminary procedure judge has considered the legal conditions for appointing the detention measure to the defendant, because other alternative measures would be insufficient for successful development of the criminal procedure. The sides have the right to file a complaint against this decision on the detention assignment of the Appeals Court”.
