The hearing began at 1: 00 p.m. at the Pristina Foundation Court, the Department to Mitur, at Judge Elife Ukaj, reported “Justice Trust“.
After that session, it is expected to be decided in terms of setting the move on the two suspects.
Two other suspects, E.R. and G.R., who have been assigned detention measures for 30 days, have been arrested in this case.
The fifth suspect is being requested by police, since it has been identified.
According to police, the case occurred on August 27th, where the child was allegedly violated by five suspects in Pristina for several hours.
