The charges of 69-year-old concern a corruption scandal involving the state property fund.
He was sentenced in July 2020, but had parole until his request was under court scrutiny.
The court also rejected Najib's request to postpone his sentence. He has continued to deny any abuse he is charged with.
He was sentenced to 12 years in prison and a fine of 46.8m dollars.
