Two Russian nationals -- 33-year-old Svetlana Timofoeva, 23-year-old Mikhail Zorin and a Ukrainian -- have been arrested Saturday evening following an incident at the military plant in Grams.
They attacked the two Albanian soldiers at the plant with the spray neuro-paralyzing.
In their testimony, foreign citizens have said they are bloggers and photographed mainly military territories that are abandoned and no longer used by the state.
