EU dialogue representative Miroslav Lajcak is staying in Belgrade today, where he has met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, with whom there has been a difficult discussion.
Lajcak has said the discussion, though difficult, was responsible.
He has said that the Serbian president has said all agreements reached in the negotiations should be implemented, including the 2011.
“Pata a difficult but responsible conversation with President Aleksandar Vuciq. I conveyed messages and stressed that all agreements derived from the dialogue should be implemented, including the 2011 Free Movement Agreement”, Lajcak wrote.
The discussion between Lajcak and Vuciq will continue tonight.
Lajcak has also stayed in Pristina yesterday, where he met with leaders of institutions and parliamentary opposition.
He, along with US envoy for dialogue Gabriel Escobar, has demanded that possible crossings be averted on September 1st, when the Kosovo Government plans to impose border reciprocity with Serbia.
Had a default but available condition with @predeednikers. I accepted the message and stressed that all dialogue relations must be implemented, including the 2011 Agreement on Freedom of Creation. We will continue our talk later tonight. Pic.twitter. com/s4kcng8 CZW
