Even a situation to a degree of relief, the Kosovo government's chief appeared Sunday in front of reporters 12 hours before the start of argument reciprocity against Serbia.
But only 8 hours after 4 before entering power, the situation in northern Kosovo was irritated and changed, as did Kurt's stance.
Just five minutes before implementation starts, the Government running Kurti postponed the decision for a month following US Ambassador Jeffrey Havenier's request.
