Albin Kurti, Kosovo's prime minister, in an interview for German daily “Welt”, has underlined the fact that he is willing to shake the hand of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, in case he gives up the release of entry/exit letters to Kosovars who enter Serbia.
According to Kurti, all in one thing is certain that Kosovo on September 1st will start implementing the decision to convert plates and reciprocity with ID cards.
But only one thing, according to him, could change the situation on September 1st, if Vucic abstained from the release regime for Kosovars.
“I am ready to shake Vuciq's hand if Serbia agrees to give up border controls in the future, then we will do the same”, he said of the German media.
