Kurt thanks Lajcak and Escobar for confronting tensions artificially created by Serbia

The office of Kosovo's prime minister has issued an informative media communiqué concerning Prime Minister Albin Kurti's meeting with US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar, as well as European Union Special Representative for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajčacac.

The communique says the Republic of Kosovo has shown its will and willingness to engage in a principled and well prepared dialogue towards an agreement that at the centre has mutual recognition.

Until the agreement should have mutual recognition centred, until the agreement, reciprocity should be the spirit of dialogue”, the statement said.

Finally, Prime Minister Kurti has thanked Escobar and Lajčac for their commitment to avoiding tensions artificially created on the part of Serbia and in the full normalisation of relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia.
