KMDLNJ: President Osmani violated the Constitution when decorating I want Lipa

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (KMDLNJ) has reacted to the decoration of the world-renowned Albanian singer I want Lipa, such as Kosovo's “Ambassador Honor”, saying Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has committed legal violations because “ka used the Office for Personal and Family Promotion”. At [...]
KMLDNJ's statement says that the head of state has turned the meeting with I Love Lip to private and personal events, as the husband and daughter were present.
The stamp of former President Ibrahim Rugova is reportedly not a legally authorised symbol.
For the use of this seal, KMDLNJ has demanded that this case be sent to the Constitutional Court, because according to them it presents flagrant violations of the Kosovo Constitution.
“If you see the title text that is assigned to Mrs. I want Lip, you see that on the right side of this title is a symbol known as President Rugova's Seal and identified with a political subject, which is the LDK, he considers his own. It is true that this symbol, the President's seal, is not legally authorized, so it is considered a private or personal symbol. According to the Kosovo Constitution's connoisseurs and the laws in force, the symbols of a political party (in concrete case the LDK symbols) dare not be used in the decrees and in any document of the president of the Republic, because it undermines the parameters of the 80 ʹ 81th of the Constitution that require it/he to take a neutral stance on political issues and represent the unity of people rather than a political party<1>, it is said, among other things.
Also mentioned in their response is renowned designer Vladrin Sahiti, who cares for President Osmani's dress, saying that illegal passports have been shared.
KMDLNJ has asked Sahiti to return his passport.
