E-Kiosk is not on strike, long lines to be equipped with online certificates

The Pristina municipality's civilian servants are on the sixth day of the strike. They have joined the strike organised by the Union of Independent Unions of Kosovo (BSPK). The largest municipality in Kosovo is offering only some emergency service, writes Periscopi.com. On strike it is not only E-kiosk, which happens in the court of the municipality. [...]
On strike it is not only E-kiosk, which happens in the court of the municipality. From there they can extract some documents, as long as one or two euros, as much as the document costs, and with the scan of identification inside it, the certificate is released.
Before this digital self-service is forming long lines every day.
In addition to the birth certificate, the extract, the settlement certificate, the certificate of citizenship, the marriage certificate, may be issued and paid locally for property tax.

Within the municipality, workers are seen in the sports, but they do not provide services, only some emergency, for citizens who have appointed a visa term at an embassy, as well as in case of any documents required for cases of illness.

Teachers in public gardens, civil servants in Kosovo's local and central institutions are also on strike.
The main demand of these workers' unions, addressed to the Government of Kosovo, is the separation of 100 euros for workers, until the salary bill goes into effect.
The public sector pay raise strike has prompted the Kosovo Government's response. The finance ministry has already pledged not to be paid to officials who haven't been hired, so they'll be landed as long as they're out of work.. /Periscopi/
