That warning, Kastrati made through a writing on the social Facebook network, saying that Education Minister Arberie Nagac may have the king's support, but according to him, no one in Kosovo is above the law and principles of democracy.

Yet, the Supreme Court's modern - day decision testifies that education reform must continue. They're talking about P ISA but the only serious initiative addressing the problem of quality in education tried to prevent it at any cost. I invite the mayor of Kamenica to implement the decision. Otherwise, I will be forced to prosecute”, Kastrati wrote.
