The embassy underlines that it has sent a note to Albania's Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs with a request to inform the Russian diplomatic mission, in a defined way, of the identity of the detainees, their current location, the essence of the charges raised, further processual actions towards them, as well as the possibility of organising a meeting of embassy's consortium branch representatives with Russian citizens,<62>, said in the embassy's response.
The Grams incident:
Two Russian nationals -- 33-year-old Svetlana Timofoeva, 23-year-old Mikhail Zorin and a Ukrainian, Fiodor Mihailovic -- have been arrested Saturday evening following an incident at the military plant in Grams. As they tried to get into the plant, they attacked both Albanian soldiers with spray neuro-paralyzing spray.
In their testimony, foreign citizens have said they are bloggers and photographed mainly military territories that are abandoned and no longer used by the state.
They are now officially burdened with the accusation of “Secret Information array”, and “Security information”.
