The risk of Thaci escaping” or “interferes with justice” is the result.
Hashim Thaci has been held in custody since November 2020. He is charged with alleged “created” war.
Thaci's legal defenders have repeatedly submitted the request that Thaci be protected in freedom. But all requests have been rejected by the Special Court.
