The meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has started without a greeting among them. Vuciq, even did not welcome EU High Representative Joseph Borrell, who extended his hand.

The Serbian president has entered the last meeting, where talks would begin shortly after he and Kurti, with the mediation of European representatives.
