A brief mirror on the two topics that were in today's agenda was provided in the framework of the third summit between Kosovo and Serbia. According to the government, during the meeting Kurti has demanded that the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia should be legally binding on full normalisation of relations, introducing several chapters for its framework.
“Today there were two topics on the agenda. The first was the discussion of the General Framework Agreement. Prime Minister Kurti stressed that this agreement should be legally binding for the full normalisation of bilateral relations in the centre. He introduced several chapters with relevant elements that should contain this framework. The second topic was political and security issues for which Prime Minister Kurti pointed to the importance of legitimacy and constitutionality in our country as guarantees of peace, security and equality for all citizens indiscriminately”, the report said.

Declaration on Today's Brussels Meeting
Today in Brussels, the third summit between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia was held.
This meeting was due on July 19th. However, it was postponed for August at the request of the other side, until Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed readiness for participation.
Today there were two topics on the agenda. The first was the discussion of the General Framework Agreement. Prime Minister Kurti stressed that this agreement should be legally binding for the full normalisation of bilateral relations in the centre. He introduced several chapters with relevant elements that should contain this framework. The second topic was the current political and security issues Prime Minister Kurti pointed to the importance of legitimacy and constitutionality in our country as guarantees of peace, security and equality for all citizens indiscriminately.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked the European Union, Mr. Borrell and Mr. Lajcak, for organising and mediating these talks, towards normalising bilateral relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia.
