Government: Reciprocity, plates not discussed in Brussels

The executive says the decisions are of Kosovo's institutions and seen even in Brussels' past agreements, so it cannot be the subject of discussion.

However, Kosovo Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu does not indicate what the agenda will be, until he tells Kosovo Press that there will be no meeting at the level of the top negotiators, ahead of that high level.
