Did the Government deceive the people about the reductions, or KEK is not buying electricity?

Four days ago, Kosovo government went to Kosovo Energy Corporation - KEK around 7m euros to buy electricity so there are no power reductions. So far, there is only one statement left to print on the part of Government and Corporation, because reductions are continuing 6 to 2 according to [...]
On 18 August, KEK has accepted several recommendations from the Energy Technical Committee. The main recommendation was that the corporation should use remaining means (about 7 million euros).
Even today, electricity import has been zero. The reductions have continued. Sources at Periscope have suggested KEK is being unable to import the current.
Periscop has tried to get an answer from KEK's KEK Chief Leader Nagip Krasniqi, but he has said that for this information office sheet. Representatives of the Information Office have not responded to Periscop's interest in why the power is not yet being purchased under the recommendation of the Energy Technical Commission.
On August 18th, in a KEK press release, he wrote that additional tasks have been delegated to import electricity for local demand, with the aim of continuous supply and elimination of deviations.

Similarly, the Ministry of Economy had made a statement that “in order to overcome the situation with electricity supplies that will last until 25 August 2022, the Emergency Technical Committee recommended that KEK provide the needed energy to avoid reductions for consumers and deviations in the energy grid. The economy ministry encourages all citizens to save energy, especially these days until the second bloc of Thermocentral Plant “Kosovo B” enters into office after the preparation of the winter season”.
According to the Government, the Technical Committee aims to identify the potential impact on the emergency situation of power supply, operation and liquidity in the energy market, management of the situation, as well as the recommendation of ways of minimising negative effects on both supply and market during the emergency situation.

Kosovo is facing reduced electricity at the point of summer because, as KED and Government officials have stated, KEK's production of electricity is less than consumer demand. That's because two blocks that produce electricity are in annual weather. The first to return is the B2 bloc, which is said to begin on August 25th.
Operator System, Transmission and Market - COMM STT has provided instructions for supply restrictions.
“The country's citizens are considered who, according to measures and operational procedures for balancing Kosovo's Elektronergy System in terms of supply inefficiency provided with the Network Code, instructions for supply restriction remain in place until the stabilisation of the situation, which means providing the electricity needed for covering consumption by responsible operators in the market: Public provider (KESCO) and Distribute System Operator (KEDS). As for daily consumer restriction programmes, they can distinguish from day to day depending on cargo (consumm) and energy provided by the parties responsible for covering electricity consumption in the country. For concrete restrictions times, you are directed to KEDS”, the COST recognition says.
After this announcement, electricity reductions have also begun, but Kosovo managed only four days to secure a power supply from Albania's Energy Corporation. - KESH, after KEK has deposited an amount of electricity in Albania during the summer. But, in recent days, enough are not producing electricity or companies in Albania. /Periscopi/
