The United States envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, attended last night's concert by Kosovo pianist Zakir Popaj in Vienna.
Popaj has published photos along with the emissar after the concert at Palais Schönborn-Batthyány as he says “rast is world king”.
The European Union's envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who was part of a discussion about the future of the Western Balkans in the EU last night, is also staying in Vienna, unless he too is known if he has attended Kosovo's late concert.
