Emisars from the North: September 1 is going to be a normal day

The US Special Emissar for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar and the European Union's Special Representative for Dialogue for Kosovo Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, have stayed in northern Kosovo today before going to Belgrade.
According to a Kosovo Press report, the emissaries have said that September 1st, the day the Government of Kosovo's decision on license plates and documents issued by Serbia will be a common day.
Lajcak said they will continue their visit to Belgrade and then have a more accurate answer for finding a solution. While, Escobar, said meeting with Serbian representatives in Kosovo has been good and has heard all their concerns.
“A very important meeting with representatives of Serbs in Kosovo. We had discussions on all important topics and are continuing our trip to Belgrade,” said Lajcak in front of reporters.
He was also asked about reports that they have sought to delay the implementation of the decision on license plates and documents for three months.
There's a lot of speculation, I don't know anything about this”, Lajcak replied.
Over the past two days, Escobar and Lajcak have met with state and opposition leaders in Kosovo.
