For the reduction schedule, KEDS has been instructed to ask.
“The country's citizens are considered who, according to measures and operational procedures for balancing Kosovo's Elektronergy System in terms of supply inefficiency provided with the Network Code, instructions for supply restriction remain in place until the stabilisation of the situation, which means providing the electricity needed for covering consumption by responsible operators in the market: Public provider (KESCO) and Distribute System Operator (KEDS).
As for daily consumer restriction programmes, they can distinguish from day to day depending on cargo (consumm) and the energy provided by the parties responsible for covering electricity consumption in the country”, the report said.
