The agreement envisions that Kosovo Serbs, as well as all other citizens, will be able to travel freely between Kosovo and Serbia using their IDs.
But former chief negotiator Edita Tahiri today through a Facebook post has raised questions why no agreement reached between the parties is being published.
The 2011 Free Movement Agreement for Finalisation of the Agreement was reached for accompanying letters, the license plates is expected. The question is why isn't the text being published on this agreement?
