As claimed yesterday yesterday by the director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovovic, the first referred to the entry documents, while the second one to the license plates.
The chairman of the Commission for Kosovo in Serbia's Parliament, Milovan Drescu, has said the Kosovo side has insisted on discussions concerning the final agreement that would be in the centre of mutual recognition.

Drescu even says that even US Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill praised the Serbian side's position in dialogue.
