At least seven people have died, and nine others have been hurt by floods caused by torrential rains that hit parts of South Korea's capital, Seoul.
The heavy clouds of Monday evening flooded roads, subway stations, and caused power cuts throughout the neighboring city and provinces.
Some areas saw the highest rainfall rate in 80 years, the Korea meteorological agency said.

According to the Yonha news agency, parts of Seoul, the western port city of Incheon, and the Gyeonggi province surrounding Seoul marked rains of over 10cm an hour on Monday evening.
Meanwhile, Seoul's Dongyak circle registered more than 141.5mm of rain per hour since 1942, according to the Korea Meteorological Agency (KMA).
