The cruel murder of Marigona Osmani, Dardan Krivaqa of Arber Sejdiu, calls for dropping an indictment

Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu, charged with killing 18-year-old Ferizaj, Marigona Osmani, have sought to drop the indictment through defence lawyers.

The news was confirmed by Ferizaj Foundation Court.

The defenders of the D.K. and A.S., at the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, have filed a request for the dropping of the indictment, which was submitted within the legal terms of”, said Gentiana Hoxha, a legal official in this court.

The initial session for the occasion was held on July 14th. Asked by the court about guilt or innocence, Krivaqa has been quietly protected. Meanwhile, Sejdiu has been declared innocent of the works he is tasked with.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj late last month has filed charges against the two defendants who are in custody from August 2021.

According to the prosecution indictment, dated August 22nd 2021, defendants Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu deliberately and in co-ordination now deprive the late Marigona Osmani of life, of what in co-ordination conducts criminal work “heavy murder”.

Also, according to the prosecution, for defendant Dardan Krivaqa, there is suspicion that the same has committed criminal work “Dhuni”.

While defendant Arber Sejdiu has deliberately helped defendants Dardan Krivaqa commit the offense, with which he committed a criminal act of aid in committing rape.

The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj, on the occasion of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the court that after maintaining judicial review, management of their evidence and assessment, highly convicted defendants be found guilty of criminal acts for which they are accused and condemned by law.

Early in July, the full prosecution file in the case of Marigona Osman was also published, describing evidence of how 18-year-olds had been violated and then passed away.

The broken lower jaw, broken ribs, neck rings, neck marrow break, eye injuries, face injuries, and almost every part of the body, are the ones described in the autopsy report.

The many injuries, or reported in the report, have caused the already deceased to be put to death.
