Through a post in his Facebook account, he criticised Government, citing only 9 per cent of capital investments.
The State Treasury Financial Report best reflected the Government's failures, respectively, the failure of the capital investment budget. In the first 6 months of 2022, the government has accomplished only 9% of the budget for capital investments, while 4 ministries have completed with 0 realisation. Meanwhile, the minister of finance, which represents only 1% of the budget realisation for capital investments, today, declared that “investments would become”, thus acknowledging the next debal; black in white written on his status”, wrote Zemaj among other things.

This Government is already proving that it is living in a parallel world, although I want to believe that accepting deballey on its part can be a positive sign of eventual return to the real world.
