This decision, according to KAS, is also the most useful way to serve the normalisation of relations between the two countries, as well as to give meaning to EU-mediated dialogue, with support from the US.

KAS calls on the EU and the US for the continuation of intensive commitment to reaching a full agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia, which stabilises political relations, includes mutual recognition between the two states along with the obligation and responsibility for irreversible implementation of the commitments made.
