COMM STT confirms electricity reductions will remain in force

“The country's citizens are considered who, according to measures and operational procedures for balancing Kosovo's Elektronergy System in terms of supply inefficiency provided with the Network Code, instructions for supply restriction remain in place until the stabilisation of the situation, which means providing the electricity needed for covering consumption by responsible operators in the market: Public provider (KESCO) and Distribution System Operator (KEDS)”, the COSTT report said.
As for daily consumer restriction programmes, according to COSTT, they can distinguish from day to day depending on loads (consumption) and the energy provided by the parties responsible for covering electricity consumption in the country.
COMM STT has called for savings of energy citizens so that this situation can be overcome more easily.
“The state of energy crisis facing Kosovo's electronic system, which, among other things, is reflecting the global energy crisis, will be more easily faced with the support of even all citizens using electricity rationally and saving from where it is possible”, is said further in the COST communiqué.
