According to Komuna announcement, path “Dr. Rescue Robaj” in Germia Park from the washing entrance to the Bbutci road will close with it and open at 7am on August 8th.
The decision has been reasoned with the need to stop driving for security reasons.
The high-level security level is necessary because of the organisation that counts to have large numbers of different participants”, the decision says.
The circulation rights will only be available in service and accredited by the festival and emergency tools.
