Charged on two people for misusing bank folders

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports the public opinion that the State Prosecutor, following the development of investigations, collection and analysis of evidence, has filed charges against defendants A.S. and E.B., in the direction of criminal work “the failure of coverless or false checks and the misuse of bank or credit folders”, by Article 301 linked [...]
According to the indictment, defendant A.S., consistently, in the quality of the person responsible for the shift to business subject “NPTUN” has misused the position and confidence of clients by stealing and photographing their bank folders that they had used to make purchases at the top store, which has then used this data by making money purchases of Puerto Rican coins, where it later sold and converted money to cash/euros, which was damaged by many of the 6,412.
With this defendant has consistently carried out the criminal work “issuing checks without cover or false and misusing bank or credit folders”, from Article 301, paragraph 3 regarding paragraph 2 and KPRC's Article 77.
While defendants A.S. and E.B., in co-ordination, in order that the veto brings illegal property benefits, have misused the bank's credit card of a damaged one, in the way that defendant A.B., in the quality of the person responsible for the switch at the top bar has misused the position and trust of clients, respectively, by stealing and photographing the bank records that the defendant had used to make purchases at the top store, and then the data he has been using the salt purchases, through other addresses, and other accounts, which he had damaged the money he had made in return, and then he had paid off on top deals.
With this defendant in co-ordination, they've committed criminal work “The launch of checks without cover or false and the misuse of bank or credit folders”, from Article 301, paragraph 2 concerning KPRC's Article 31.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has nominated the Supreme Court to plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that were imposed on him.
