It is disappointing that no agreement was reached today, but it is still too early to judge. The good news is that leaders met after a year and we can now see what will happen in the days ahead, said Jude.
'%uda believes that personal relations between Kurti and Vuciqi have a negative impact on the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
There was a phase when the dialogue was going well, but now it looks like it's stuck. Clearly, the relationship between Kurt and Vuchy is very cold because it has to do with their past. History shows that when Vuciq was minister of information, Kurti has been a political prisoner and this naturally affects dialogue, until there has been progress in dialogue with Thaci, because he and Vuciq, despite differences from the past, have found a common language in negotiations”, said ãouda.
He adds that he does not understand what the Serbian Communist Association is for, so it's a problem.
Kosovo accepted the Association of Serbian municipalities, but the problem is we don't know what kind of associations it is. Is it an NGO? Is there executive power? Or is it Republika Srpska? They're different from each other. I still do not see that the political will of the parties for the problem has been resolved”, added ãouda.
