Former British Minister for Europe Denis MacShane says the EU can resolve the Kosovo- Serbia for a short period if the five EU states recognise Kosovo's independence.
MacShane said Putin decides what Vuciq does.
“Yeah. LITICO is wrong to think that the EU has an impact on the Kosovo-Serbia issue. Putin decides what Vuciq will do. The EU can solve tomorrow if Spain, Greece, Slovakia and others recognise Kosovo. That would be a game change. If not from here to eternity”, he wrote.
Today, the European top diplomat, Josep Borrell, has today been the host of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Alexander Vuciq in Brussels under dialogue.
