The Russian independent <x0Medias have claimed that because of the problems Russia is facing in its fight against Ukraine, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu is now being bypassed within the Russian leadership, with the operational commanders reporting directly to President Putin on war developments”, British Intelligence said.
