“I have invited Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin on August 18th in Brussels to discuss the way ahead of Pristina and Belgrade”, Borrell wrote.

Otherwise, EU spokesman Peter Stano said that even EU institutions, but member states, are watching “of concern” events in Kosovo.
Any uncoordinated and unilateral action threatening stability and jeopardising freedom of movement should be interrupted”, Stano said.
