John Kirby, communications co-ordinator at the National Security Council, said the US will continue “to collect the free world” and “galvanise allies and partners” to support Ukraine, while Russia-Ukraine war has scored 6 months.
He said the call between Beden and Zelensky would reconfirm these commitments and would also provide the Ukrainian president with an update on American arms shipments and wish him for Ukraine's independence day, according to the White House.
The president is looking forward to this,” said Kirby, while said that Biden had no plans to visit Kiev.
