According to a chart of “Radio Europe Free” based on the Agencys for Statistics, a square metre in new buildings in Kosovo costs an average of 1300 euros. Last year, a square metre in the new buildings in Kosovo cost 1070 euros on average.
The lowest in the region, dwellings cost in Albania, the country with the lowest price increase of four percent. One square metre in new buildings in Albania costs an average of 1143 euros. A little more expensive costs in Bosnia and Herzegovina at 1150 euros on average.
