The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against the S.K. defendant, because in the quality of the private president, he has ordered that a tractor be confiscated against J.G.
The prosecution's announcement reportedly overstepped competencies for the purpose of profiting itself.
“According to the indictment, the defendant S.K., as an official person exploits the office or official authority in quality of private financing, exceeds its powers in order to benefit for himself or the other person or to do harm to the other person, in the way that by 22.12.2021, around 10:00 p.m., contrary to the Law on Reservative Procedure, in the backyard of the house of the J.G., from the village of Stunqaun Komca, orders for the inadequate property of the type <xl> NPT “L.”, Subhareka District Road. With these actions the defendant has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “The use of official position or authority” according to the KPRK”, the statement said.
