The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency held the next meeting, where it discussed and made important decisions on the privatisation and liquidation process of social companies in line with its legal mandate.
During this meeting the Board approved the list of social enterprise assets in liquidation for placing in a public tender through sale No. 59, which has a total of 32 assets. He also reviewed and approved public tender transactions for the SHAL 57 wave and public tender for some of the active assets of social companies.
The board also considered the dynamic work plan of the House Commission and, as a result, the Commission's intensification of the sale of residences was approved of sales reports for 30 residences. The board approved the Commission's report on reviewing complaints of employee lists for 20% of four social companies. During this meeting the Board accepted the report with the demands of municipalities for attracting assets from the sale under their proposals for public interest. The board discussed the monthly report for the social company “Brezovica”, which is under AKP administration.
