The attack was one of several numerous Russian attacks Wednesday, while the country marked Ukraine's Independence Day, officials said. Yuri Sack, an adviser to Ukrainian Defence Minister Olexei Reznikov, told CNN that Russia carried out “missile attacks across Ukrainian territory”.
