The motion submitted by the LDK for the dismissal of the Energy Regulatory Office Board is also in order.
Similarly, the Commission for Economy has reviewed the LDK parliamentary group's motion for the dismissal of the ERE Board at the meeting.
This motion has not passed since 6 commission members voted against it, while 3 were for.
The LDK, with this motion, claims the ZRR had not taken into account the threat of crisis and that it had committed violations and discrimination against consumers with the decision to expensive the current.
The LVV considers the application for the ZRRE board to be denied.
