Ramush Haradinaj's full post office:
Are your eyes on your forehead with a sight?
Kosovo is in a serious energy crisis, though it is not seen in these summer months.
Releasing the construction of coal power capacities by the time many Western states are returning to it, the meaningless refusal of American gas and the lack of an energy strategy for overcoming this crisis is red alert that heavy days await us as the winter season begins.
The global crisis with gas and fuel, as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine, can greatly complicate the European energy market and the possibility of Kosovo buying energy during the winter season.
This, either because of lack of energy market, or because of affordable prices for Kosovo.
Therefore, the Kosovo government must urgently draw up a <x0 crisis plan” with concrete measures to cope with a potential energy collapse, with unpredictable consequences for the country.
It's urgent:
) that during the summer season Kosovo thermal power plants be able, becoming the necessary remontes of their blocks;
) that immediately and without delay be viewed as the possibility of a <x0 crisis agreement” with Albania for energy exchange (Given summer and import winter);
) provide oil, gasoline and gas reserves;
) liberalise the conventional heating resources market, at least until March of next year, (the bill and timber);
To create an emergency fund for energy and heating for winter and, of course, to return the price of electricity where it was...
The government's comfortable behavior today, in relation to the imminent energy crisis, can have catastrophic consequences for the country.
Are your eyes on your forehead with a sight?
It's time to act now!
