On May 27th of this year, Judge of the Foundation Court in Gjilan, Luljet Shabani, has made a decision that stopped the procedure against the late M.B. after accepting the certificate of his death.
According to the reasoning of this act, provided by “Justice Vow”, in this case the court had scheduled the trial review on 16 August 2018, but since the ballot had been found that the accused had died.
