Millions of tons of Ukrainian wheat are staying in the Black Sea port depots, as a result of the Russian blockade, broadcast Telegragraphy.
Turkey's defence minister said Wednesday that the talks have resulted in an agreement reached to form a co-ordination centre in order to provide safe transportation corridors.
In a statement issued to the media, Turkish Defence Minister Hulus Akar said the agreement will be signed next week, when all parties will meet again.
He stressed that all sides have agreed to a joint check of cereals at ports.
Unlike Ukraine from the beginning, it has accused Russia of blocking ports by unable to export wheat.
He also accuses Moscow of stealing the wheat from Ukraine and of sending it to different parts of Russia.
