There were 67 passengers on the bus, including children and two drivers, and that unfortunately nine passengers and a driver lost their lives.
The bus was launched from Frankfurt, Germany, towards Pristina and belonged to a company from Kosovo. He was involved in an accident on the A3 Zagreb highway -- Lipovac.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with some of the ministers, has visited some of the survivors in Croatia's hospitals, while Kosovo's ambassador to Zagreb, Gezim Kasporelli, has been in advance at the regional hospital in Slavonski Brod.
President Vjosa Osmani had declared days of mourning in Kosovo, due to this tragic accident.
According to Croatian media, Kosovo bus drivers carrying exiles from Frankfurt to Pristina had been resting in Bregana for half an hour before the accident. There they had changed, and the other driver had taken the bus route. It's supposed to be because of the driver's fatigue.
Otherwise, it was the biggest tragic accident on the streets of Croatia in the last 15 years.
