“Superees” of Rama Progress, the municipality gives away 400,000 euros for consultancy

Rama's progress now and seven months has taken over Pristina's “ex1>. This time no great task has been observed. Kosovo's capital is even far from London, as Rama claims to do.

Even the work he has started to do seems to be failing to stand up for without the help of external experts who have already been given jobs.

However, their commitment is costing the Pristina municipality's budget at high cost.

For 10 experts engaged through a tender the Pristina municipality has awarded will be paid precisely 400,000 euros.

In this tender, it has been shown that these experts will provide advice for several municipal projects.

“Consultancy services for the commitment of 10 experts for management projects for the needs of the Pristina municipality. The projected value of the contract: 400,000.00. The number of accepted tenders: 11”, says the announcement, conveys Democracy.com.

In the tender file, however, it has been shown that the contract has been signed with 7 persons who, at the time of their counsel, will benefit from 32,000 to approximately 400,000 euros.

Blendina Dalipi will be paid 32 thousand and 400 euros.

Sokol Sa Godi will be paid 360,000 euros.

Brisilda Gjana will be paid 39 thousand and 960 euros.

Gent Sejdiu will be paid 36 thousand euros.

Bedri Sylejmani will be paid 39 thousand and 600 euros.

Andy Zhugli will be paid 39 thousand and 960 euros.

Idriz B. Maliqi will be paid 39 thousand and 999 euros.

The Pristina municipality has indicated that to achieve implementation of projects, this municipality needs ten (10) Individual consultant for Project Management.

These experts are said to have several years of work experience and also master schooling.

The individual consultants of all Master Engineering profiles must have completed University School- Master of any engineering direction ) having at least two (8) years of work experience after graduation in the required field (medagation of projects); So there's going to be data experience references to management projects worth $600,000,000, where 3 references should be for management of international projects. P RINCE 2 or PMP or equivalent... to have computer skills in Word, Exel, etc. programs. Individual consultants of all Master Economics profiles should have completed the University-Master School of some economic direction . . Have at least two (8) years of work experience after graduation in the required field (provision management); There's a reference to the work experience for management projects worth $600,000,000, with 3 pounds of project management training certificate. P RINCE 2, PMP, or equivalent reference must be for management of international projects. I know English at B2 or higher”.

The Pristina municipality has a functional structure with 16 directors and units directly related to the mayor. The directors are governed by directors who report directly to the mayor.
