The SSI changes its name from today's name is the Freedom Party!

With nationalist tones, speaking of a mission to save Kosovo, its independence and Albania's sovereignty, but also a new joy as a way of washing sin Ilir Meta officially launches his new journey to Albanian politics today. The Socialist Movement for Integration from today will hold [...]

Since the beginning of the event, 2 articles were changed to the statute, where it allowed itself to change the name, seal, and party symbols. This paves the way for changing the name of the party created in 2004 by Ilir Meta. Meta this morning gave a signal that it would change the party's name and said it has not returned to regain the LSI leadership, but that “The Referendum Party awaits us”.

In the Convention, Ilir Meta, who said that in the five years he was the president, there was a coup, no tanks but procedures and expertise, even with foreigners!

We remember that in an interview for Report Tv, the secretary general of this political force, Andrew Braimlari, suggested that the National Convention will serve as a starting point for an SA redimension. While Meta's return calls it a must to make change possible. Ilir Meta himself confirmed this morning at the media conference, clarifying that he has returned to save European integration, while stressing that he will work to restore referenda in Albania and power will return to the people.

Talks will hold in addition to Meta, even the central figures of this political force. After that, elections are expected to be held that will again top the founder of this political force. Ilir Meta had long warned that he would return to the country's active policy, openly expressing that he disagreed with the policies pursued by the majority, while in the role of head of state he has often played the role of the opposition.

During the end of his term at the head of the state, Meta has repeatedly clashed with the majority, which even twice undertook the vote for his dismissal from the presidential post. In June of last year, Parliament voted for Meta's dismissal as president, but the Constitutional Court ruled against the decision made.
