Sali Berisha says himself: I've been declared non grata from Great Britain

It was this statement by Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha this Friday. He said the decision is in the long run of Soros-sponsored slanders.

The argument Berisha had made about the decision was ties to organised crime groups and criminals, who have posed a danger to public security in Albania and Britain and corruption.

Despite the confidential decision, Berisha said he made it public for Albanian citizens with whom he has always been real.

Great Britain has targeted several Albanian citizens, according to it, are involved in crime and corruption.

News has been published on page of the British government, indicating that punitive measures have been taken.

In the letter of British Prime Minister Stuart Peach's Special Envoy to the Western Balkans, it is highlighted that this is the first “wave of a series of actions to encourage accountability and end impunity”.

Berisha's full statement:

Hours after Edi Rama delivered news of the decision the UK government would make, I have been announced with a letter that Home Secretary has made the decision not to allow my entry into the UK with the reasoning”

  1. That you have clear links to organised crime groups and criminals who have posed a danger to public security in Albania and the UK and, that you are willing to use these connections to advance your political ambitions, and
  2. For corruption and my enrichment, and the circles of people near me, where ex-election adviser Damir Fazlic is cited, whom, according to their assessment, I have defended when, incriminating evidence has come up against him.

Although, as this decision says, it is confidential and, although UK representatives in Tirana have declared that they will not publish the names, I have made the decision to make public for Albanian citizens, before whom I have always been real, with goods and mistakes, I have always fought in defense of their interests, as I have appreciated.

I want to explain the following about this decision:

  1. This decision is in the continuation of slanders for interests of the same group, which has sponsored Secretary Blinken's decision based on slander and the corrupting lobe of Edi Rama and multimiliardier George Soros. I have been aware of the state department diplomats' efforts to join their decision, absolutely without basis, with the aim of increasing pressure on me and the excuse of their decision based on slander.

But a lie, no matter how repeated, can become credible, but never true, and no power in the world will be able to force me to accept the lie about truth, or submit myself to the fraud, which I've tried for these months, I have argued that it does not target the end of Sali Berisha, but the return of Albania to a country without opposition, which belts every fortune, from which Albanians flee from their feet. This is aimed at retaining a government, the most corrupt in Europe, which, by violating the citizens' vote, has restored full monomism to the country and steals and sacrifices Albania and Albanians, leads the state to bankruptcy to buy and retain power.

As I repeat once again, that at the first moment that the UK government, or any other foreign government or anyone else will try not to lie to a test and fact corruption, I will make every decision to myself.

  1. Regarding the slander on which the UK's interior secretary's decision is based, I am taking turns.

First, on the charge that I have clear links to organised crime and criminal groups that I used for political purposes. This is an accusation never made to me, not by my opponents or by any official national or international institution. You are witnessing the fact that, no one else has denounced without stopping, uncompetitive, with names, no personal or family danger, criminals, organised criminal groups of this country, and their ties to government.

No one else in the government has fought organised crime, and there have been no results I have had, which have been a condition for visa liberalisation and NATO membership. And no one else in opposition, with nothing more than an IPad and my word, and most of all without any protection, except for civic support, has done that.

Today, you cannot find an Albanian who comes out and says which criminal Sali Berisha has co-operated with, or which criminal has benefited from him other than prison and public reporting. All have seen how Edi Rama made them deputies, mayors, police directors, businessmen, strategic investors and, in the end, by fiscal amnesty, offers a large washing machine to launder crime and drug money!

You know who came to power with the help of gangs, and who used them to retain power. Sali Berisha has come to power with the vote of citizens and has handed over power but through it, as the only contract I have had with citizens alone.

Well, to accuse someone who has never and in no case compromised crime, while the country under Rama's rule groans under the slaughter of gangs, Mafia killings, capture of state and dissolution of power with crime, only helps him!

Second, regarding businessman Damir Fazlic. I've never known, nor do I know today that he's ever been an object of indictment for criminal activity, at the UK where he's a citizen, or anywhere else. He has been and is an investor, who has brought capital to Albania through banks and in full compliance with Albanian and international legislation, as have proven verifications of official field organs. Ina Rama's attorney, in my opinion of political motives, what I denounced, raised and conducted investigations against him at the conclusion of which he couldn't prove any violation of Mr. Fazlic. And I remind you, what they were investigating. It was not tenders, direct procurements or public money, but buying a private land, with funds as well.

Damir Fazlic has never benefited, even a single penny from me or my government. He has continued business and investments during the Rama government, and if there had been obstruction of investigation into him during my government, there has been 10 years since the Prosecution during the Rama government, but nothing like that happened.

So the UK authorities the only concrete case they cite is 14 years ago, which was put into investigation without any evidence, for regular bank transfers, for which after the investigation, the prosecutor did not press charges, because Fazlic had carried out everything according to the laws of the country and international law, and had as solely blamed that he, with the BGR Company, had advised me in the 2005 election campaign, from which the former communists lost. Sadly, today, after 14 years, this issue is used as the only indicator in which British authorities support their decision.

Let me tell you that, years after Ina Rama's prosecutor's investigation into Damir Fazlic, with whom he could not prove any offense, I have visited Great Britain and met the prime minister of this country. I have even received congratulations on reforms undertaken and fighting crime and corruption. In addition, in 2005-2013, with law enforcement agencies of this country, such as Soca etc., we have had excellent co-operation in fighting organised crime, including secret operations, which have been highly regarded.

  1. Any slander-based decision on corruption is real support for corruption and crime. Better than anyone knows the Albanians, who, with massive support after my announcement, have testified that no one and could never sell them slander and fraud for truth, and revenge political acts as anti-corruption acts, or use them to appoint their party heads. I invite everyone to ask myself: Why do such attacks and slander, all crap and groundless, come all nine years after Sali Berisha has given up power?

Why do they come at a time when under the rule of Rama crime has seized the state and ends Albania, when the country has become a drug plantation and where, according to well-known files in the prosecution and reports of O The SEU, gangs and organised crime buy votes for rulers?

Why do they come at a time when the bandits have received mandates of deputies and mayors, when the opinion is shaken daily by the Magnitude of the relatives of the enernerators, Butrin and the port of Durres, and hundreds of other corrupt relatives of the most corrupt government in Europe of Edi Rama, and, more than the indifference of justice to investigate it and hundreds of other relatives?

Why do they come at a time when the echo of links to organized crime and criminals has not yet died out, clearly exposed to 184 and 339 of the German newspapers? The politicians of these wiretapping, friends with “problem cases”, are today prime minister and minister.

The irony of fate is that the first person to make such decisions public is Edi Rama. Everyone can choose to answer these questions on their own, but my answer is that, as I have done so far, I will continue to fight steadfastly to rid the country of crime and corruption, as the only way to save Albania and serve the interest of its citizens, until the day they believe in Sali Berisha!

In conclusion, I invite British authorities to hand over to their country's justice bodies, and justice bodies in Albania, every fact, evidence or document they or anyone else have filed against me.

For all these slanders, I'll consult with experts on legal steps that I will take to protect my honor and dignity and my country, as long as I represent”. /Periscopi/
