The Red Attorney thinks the prosecutor's failure to fail could lead the president to resignation

The Constitutional Court has already rejected the demands of Albanian Fazlius and Armend Hamit, both candidates for the chief state prosecutor, who rejected the constitutionality of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council's decision on Blerim Isufaj's proposal in the position of chief state prosecutor. According to lawyer Agron Red, this process can no longer end [...]
The lawyer Red, who is also a person who comes from the political sphere, feels that following his decision by the Constitutional Court, legal means have not been exhausted. He said that the president, Vjosa Osmani, had to react to this case because this situation was in her hands.
“Not decreeing the candidate for the chief prosecutor, following the potential complaint by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council at the Constitutional Court, the court finds violations of the Constitution for failing to read out the President's side, and will result in the president's resignation and new parliamentary elections. However big trouble, God help President” wrote Red.

Following a comprehensive process of selecting Kosovo's chief prosecutor as an independent state institution, the process that has been manifested with political pressures from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, as if due to legal violations during the election process with a tendency to bring it back to zero point.
Already following the Constitutional Court's decision on aggrieved candidates for the chief prosecutor; that the Law for the Prosecutor's Council and the regulation for the prosecutor's appointment of the prosecutor have been implemented correctly by the assessment panel, and that the complaints of the complaints are unacceptable because legal means are not exhausted.
The country's president as synonymous with the unity of the people on the basis of the Constitution has special responsibilities, to decree or not the chief prosecutor, following the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council proposal.
Furthermore, President Osmani is ahead of a Hamletian dilemma “to be or not to be”, actually President Osmani is facing a situation as legal as political as it is, to decree the chief prosecutor. Blerim Isufaj and do not commit constitutional violations and exacerbate the government Kurti, which would then cause political crisis that would be consistent with the coalition's collapse between List Guxo and Vetevendosje, or atone for political debt, and moral commitment to Prime Minister Kurti, without whose help today would not be the president of the country.
By not decreeing the candidate for the chief prosecutor, following the potential complaint by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council at the Constitutional Court, the court finds violations of the Constitution for the president's failure, and, in turn, we will have the president's resignation and new parliamentary elections.
However big trouble, God help you, President. /Periscopi/
