Prosecutor: Lushtaku had taken Bekim Yasar's gun to a policeman, he had handed it over to the police

The Constitutional Prosecution in Mitrovica has cleared the detention request, where it has said it has sought the detention measure because, according to it, the same have done criminal work together.

According to the prosecution following the clash the Lushtaku family had had had with police officials, Nuredin Lushtaku, Skywright's former deputy deputy, had sent police gun to Enver Berisha, former mayor of Bekim Jashar municipality and then handed it over to the police.
